Q: Transfer 1 day to a different day/ upgrade 1 day to a 4 day pass
A: Please go to Customer Service in Registration Area in the South Hall Lobby

Q: Ticketing questions of any sort

A: Please go to the ticketing booth in West Hall

 

Q: Who can pick up badges?

A: Each individual must pick up his/her badge

 

Q: Under 18 with no parent/guardian at badge pickup time:

A: They must have someone over the age of 18 in their group to vouch for them to pick up badge.

 

Q: Refunds

A: Unfortunately the deadline for processing refunds was last week and we are unable to refund.
