Autograph Sessions at Anime Expo is always in high demand and can be challenging to obtain. This year we would like to provide a 6 Step Guide on how you can get autograph tickets and  to help you better navigate the process.

 

  • Step 2 – Once you know the date of the autograph session that you would like to go to; you will need to prepare and plan your day to get an autograph ticket at the autograph ticketing booth at Gilbert Lindsay Plaza at AX Crossing between the hours of 9AM – 1PM on the day of your autograph session. (ex. If your autograph session is on July 5th, you will NOT be able to pick up tickets on July 4th). Some Industry autograph sessions will have different ticketing process, please see the description on the AX Mobile App or Website. After 1PM, autograph tickets will be distributed at the autograph Area at the JW Marriott Gold Ballroom. Tickets are limited and it’s on a first come first serve basis.
  • Step 3 – *UPDATE: There will be no more online reservations for Guest of Honor Autographs. Newly announced Guest of Honor autograph tickets will be available at the Gilbert Lindsay Plaza during the day of the autograph session (Edited: 7/2/2024).
  • Step 4 – The Autograph Ticketing Booth is located inside the AX Campus perimeter at the Gilbert Lindsay Plaza at AX Crossing. This area will not be accessible to anyone without an AX badge. In addition, forming lines overnight inside the AX Campus perimeter will not be allowed so please plan accordingly. All unofficial line queues will not be recognized by Anime Expo.
  • Step 5 – Once you receive the autograph ticket, you will need to head to the JW Marriott autograph area and stand at the appropriate line. Standard and Industry autograph sessions will be at the JW Marriott Gold Ballroom and Guest of Honor autograph sessions will be held at the JW Marriott Plaza.   • Step 6 – Bring something so you can get your autograph (Shikishi Board, Merchandise, Artbook, AX Program Guide, etc.)
