IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Registration: Contestants may register for the chibi cosplay runway between 10:30 am - 2:00 pm on Sunday, November 10, 2024. No contestants will be allowed to register after registration closes.

Contestants will register ONSITE at the Cosplay Table located inside Ballroom C on the first floor.

Check-in: All contestants must check-in and be in cosplay for the chibi cosplay runway at the Cosplay Table (located on the first floor, in the North Lobby next to the coffee stand) on Sunday, November 10, 2024, no later than 2:00 pm. Sorry, no exceptions.

COSPLAY RUNWAY RULES AND REGULATIONS:

1. Chibi cosplay runway is open to any individual between the ages of 0 -16. There are two divisions: (0-7 & 8-16). You may compete in ONE division only.

2. The maximum number of participants for the chibi cosplay runway is 50 people in each division. During registration, any information received will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be passed on to any third parties.

3. Cosplays may be handmade or store-bought.

4. All props must abide to anime expo chibi’s Weapons Policy & Code of Conduct upon contestant check-in. Failure to present your weapons – even seemingly harmless ones – may result in your entry being removed and you may be escorted from the premises.

5. SPJA reserves the right to adjust the rules, terms, and/or conditions of this event in any way they see fit and disqualify any participant for non-compliance with the rules and regulations herein.

6. Permission is granted to SPJA to use the costumes photographed/filmed during the contest for future marketing and promotions.
