Toshihiro Kondo is the current president of Nihon Falcom, a Japanese video game company founded in 1981. After creating one of the most popular Nihon Falcom fan sites in Japan, Kondo joined the company in 1998 as a web designer before moving into game design. Since then, he has written, produced, and directed some of Nihon Falcom’s most beloved titles, including games in the Ys and The Legend of Heroes series.

In addition to leading the company as president, Kondo remains active in all aspects of game production. At the same time, he is dedicated to fostering the talents of all members of Nihon Falcom, and encourages anyone with the drive to test their skills and explore possibilities in game development.
